Phoebe Rotter is a multidisciplinary artist living in Albany, NY. Her visual work consists of murals and drawn installations that investigate desire, history, mythology, and body politics. She received her MFA in painting and drawing from SUNY Albany, where her work won the 2023 Distinguished Thesis Award. She also holds an MA in Studio Art from SUNY Albany and a BA in Art History, cum laude, from Kenyon College.
